Chair Yoga

Lead by Ty Arnold.

Chair Yoga invites you to find mobility in a way that is soft and gentle but also really supportive and beneficial. This inclusive practice invites awareness and integrity into the body, specifically the line of the spine. Activate the muscles that help you lengthen the spine for better posture and energy flow. Great Yoga For Seniors as well!

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is designed to invite a deep experience of oneself through the combination of postures (asanas), breath exercises (pranayams) and sound (mantras). The very nature of the practice is to awaken the energy of consciousness, to practice in a way that sheds light on our self-imposed limitations, and invites us to think out of the box and develop our intuitive mind.

If you are ready to take yourself on the road towards your full potential... there is no better place to start then with a Kundalini Yoga class.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time developed to penetrate deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility while invigorating the energy centers of the body (nadis) to release blockages and increase your energy flow.

Focus is on static movement, breath work (Pranayama) and meditation to create a profoundly deep and rewarding practice.
