Join Angela Sangeeta Dyal as she guides you through the sacred sound of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, chimes, crystal pyramids, gongs and her beautiful human voice.
No experience necessary. Sound healing can be received laying or sitting on the floor. (A few folding chairs are available if desired.)
Come dressed comfortably, we have blankets and some pillows (no yoga mats available)...if you have your own pillows/blankets/mats do bring them! This is all about relaxing and unwinding.
